Something a Little Different- Grey Japanese Akoyas!
02-24-2012, 01:10 PM

A few weeks ago we had this really beautiful Grey Baroque (natural color!) Japanese Akoya, double strand necklace made for an order. Of course, I couldn't help but try it on!

I think this is a really great alternative to the traditional white Japanese Akoya strands and would be complementary on all different skin tones.

We have the single strand available on our website:
http://www.americanpearl.com/pearlnecklace4.html

However, if you are interested in a double strand, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you with the order!

That's a really pretty strand. Why don't those come up when I look under akoya pearls? In fact, I have the same question for the black akoyas, which you can only find at the bottom of the site. I am on the site all the time and never saw those....strange. Those are very cool!

Black Akoya Pearls

Hi Steve,

Good point. We took your recommendation and added black akoya pearls to the akoya pearls section of our website. Now, you will see these links below the pearl necklace and pearl earring section. We will also start working on the grey baroque akoya pearls as well.
